Tom Beadman

Tom Beadman is an experienced software engineer with a strong background in designing high-performance reactive systems. Currently serving as a Principal Engineer at Icon Solutions since February 2018, Tom has been instrumental in supporting instant payment solutions for major banks using technologies such as Kubernetes, Java, Akka, and Spring. Prior to this role, Tom worked at BAE Systems Applied Intelligence as a Senior Software Engineer, engaged in large-scale Agile delivery projects. Tom's career began at Result Group Inc, where responsibilities included mobile application development for iOS and Android, as well as support for Java-based systems. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Physics from the University of Warwick.
