James Long

James Long has over 18 years of work experience in software engineering. James is currently working as a Senior Software Engineer at ICON since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Full Stack Engineer at Artificial from October 2019 to February 2023. From May 2019 to October 2019, they were a Software Architect at Sysco. Before that, they were a Principal Software Engineer at KUKA Austin from May 2016 to May 2019. From June 2014 to May 2016, they worked as a Lead UI Software Engineer at Hart InterCivic. James'searliest work experience was as a Staff Software Engineer at General Dynamics C4 Systems from July 2005 to June 2014.

James Long completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Engineering - Electrical Track at Texas A&M University from 2001 to 2005. James then pursued their Masters of Science in Engineering, specializing in Computer Software Engineering, at Arizona State University from 2009 to 2011.
