Jonathan Ladouceur has a diverse work experience spanning various engineering roles. Jonathan is currently the Engineering Director of Strategic Research and Development at ICON since November 2021. Previously, from January 2019 to September 2021, they served as the Head of Engineering at Twente Additive Manufacturing. In 2018, they worked as a Global Support Engineer at HITEC Power Protection. From September 2017 to July 2018, they were an Engineering Project Manager at Gurit, where they worked on designing and manufacturing automation equipment for wind turbine blade manufacturing facilities. Prior to Gurit, they held multiple roles at PH Windsolutions, starting as a Jr. Mechanical Engineer & Product Manager from December 2016 to August 2017, and then as a Mechanical Designer & Product Manager from March 2014 to December 2016. Additionally, they have worked in various intern positions at Concordia University Engineering and Computer Science Association, RTI International Metals, Accedian Networks, MPB Communications, and BBA.
Jonathan Ladouceur completed their education with a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, specializing in Design and Manufacturing, from Concordia University in 2017. Before that, they achieved a DEC Diplome D'etude Collegial in Pure and Applied Sciences from CEGEP - John Abbott College, where they studied from 2006 to 2008. Jonathan began their educational journey at LRHS, where they obtained a D.E.S. in Physical Sciences after attending from 2001 to 2006. Additionally, Jonathan Ladouceur obtained certifications in SolidWorks Simulation Static in November 2015 from SolidXperts Inc. and in Wilderness First Aid in November 2007.
