Mike Boland

Mike Boland is a skilled Prototype Design Specialist at ICON since September 2021, known for collaborating with diverse teams across Strategic R&D, Engineering, Manufacturing, Design, Architecture, and other departments to improve processes and address challenges creatively. Previously, Mike worked as a CNC Machinist at Accomplice from September 2017 to April 2020, where responsibilities included creating production designs and detailed 3D models. Earlier experience includes roles as a Designer at Galanter & Jones and OHIO, where product designs were developed and custom pieces tailored to client needs. Mike also completed a Design Internship at Galanter & Jones and served as a Theatre Technician at Palo Alto Children's Theatre, demonstrating versatility in design and production. Mike holds a BFA in Industrial and Product Design from the Rhode Island School of Design.
