Ryan Mire has a diverse and extensive work experience in engineering roles. Ryan is currently working at ICON as an Engineering Program Manager since January 2023. Prior to their current position, they served as a Senior Lead Engineer at the same company from October 2022 to January 2023. Before joining ICON, Ryan worked at Chatsworth Products for several roles, including Engineering Manager of Design Automation from April 2021 to October 2021, Senior Mechanical Design Engineer of Design Automation Lead from June 2017 to April 2021, and Senior Mechanical Design Engineer of Design Automation from January 2015 to June 2017. At Chatsworth Products, they established a Design Automation Team, automated customer and manufacturing documentation, and contributed to UI/UX design projects. Prior to that, Ryan worked at Joule Unlimited Technologies, Inc. as a Mechanical Design Engineer, where they were responsible for system design, Solid model creation, and BOM development. Ryan also participated in field installations and fabrications. Additionally, Ryan has prior experience at the University of Texas at Austin as an Aerospace Engineering Computer Lab Proctor in 2010. Ryan also gained internship experience at United Space Alliance as a Space Shuttle Propulsion Controller in 2009. Furthermore, Ryan had co-op terms at Jacobs Technology, where they worked as an On-Orbit Guidance Navigation and Control from January 2008 to August 2008 and as a Test Facility Engineer from January 2007 to May 2007. Ryan also gained experience as a Summer Student Associate at Applied Research Laboratories, The University of Texas at Austin, where they worked in the Space and Geophysics Lab in 2005 and in the Advanced Technologies Division in 2004. Ryan Mire completed their high school education at McNeil High School from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a high school diploma. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from an unspecified university, completing their studies from 2004 to 2010. Additionally, Ryan has obtained additional certifications, including a Python 3 Programming Specialization from Coursera in October 2019 and a Certified DriveWorks Professional certification from DriveWorks in March 2015.
