Bob Grant

Bob Grant has over 30 years of work experience in various roles. Bob is currently the Director of Product Management at iconectiv since 2017. Prior to that, they were a Senior Consultant as a self-employed individual in 2016. From 2014 to 2016, Bob worked as the Channel Operations Director at Avaya, where they developed a global channel compliance program and implemented industry best practice channel reviews. From 2010 to 2013, they were an Internal Consultant at Avaya, where they drove key corporate initiatives and implemented a successful customer segmentation model. Before that, Bob worked as a Practice Leader and Senior Analyst at IntelliCom Analytics in 2008 and 2009, where they led custom consulting engagements and assisted clients in developing product line strategies. From 2000 to 2007, they were the President of Bob Grant Associates, consulting Fortune 1000 clients on product strategy and deployment. Bob also has experience working as a Sr. Product Manager at XO Communications from 2001 to 2004, and as a Group Product Manager and Training Director at TCG from 1996 to 1999. Bob's early career includes roles as a Product Manager and Offer Manager at AT&T from 1990 to 1995.

Bob Grant obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Montclair State University, where they studied from 1980 to 1984. Bob later pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in International Business at Fairleigh Dickinson University. Bob completed their MBA from 1992 to 1995.
