Connie H. has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Connie is currently serving as the Director of Product Management at iconectiv since May 2018. Prior to this, they worked as the Executive Director - Global Delivery Practice, WBMS at CSG from June 2017 to May 2018. Connie also has a significant tenure at iconectiv from August 2008 to June 2017, where they held the role of Sr. Professional - Data Architecture/Systems Engineering/Product Management. Connie represented iconectiv at regulatory/industry forums and managed various business and systems projects. Before joining iconectiv, Connie worked as an Inventory Manager at Studio U, LLC from November 2006 to August 2008, where they handled tasks such as POS system installation, inventory tracking, purchasing, and sales analysis. Connie has a long history with AT&T, where they worked as a Process Analyst from 1981 to 2005 and later as a Process Manager - International Billing & Settlements from November 1997 to March 2000. Connie also served as the Director - International Settlements at Concert from April 2000 to January 2002 and as the Director - International Settlements and Billing at Concert Communications during the same period.

Connie H. earned a Green Belt Certificate in Six Sigma from Villanova University in 2006. In that same year, they also obtained a Master's Certificate in Project Management from Villanova University.
