Gary Bonk

Gary Bonk has a strong background in system engineering and administration. Gary has held various roles in different companies, including Director of System Engineering at iconectiv, where they were responsible for administering server teams and data centers. Prior to that, they served as Associate Director of Systems Engineering Services at BAYADA Home Health Care, managing the SES Office and implementing ITIL best practices. Gary also worked at Comcast as a TVX Incident Manager, leading triage issues for Cloud DVR and implementing processes to streamline incident management. In their earlier career, Gary held positions at Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) and Nsn Tech Inc, where they provided technical support, escalation, and leadership in Active Directory domains. Gary also has experience in network design, hardware/software maintenance, and IT management at America Insurance Agency Inc. In addition, they worked as an Internet Security Specialist at Emerging Technologies Consultants, Inc. Overall, Gary Bonk has a diverse range of experience in system engineering, administration, and IT management.

Gary Bonk obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Drexel University from 1992 to 1997. Prior to that, they attended Roman Catholic High School from 1988 to 1992 to complete their high school education. In addition to their formal education, Gary also holds certifications in ITIL Foundations V3 (including Service Operations, Service Transition, CSI, and Service Design), MCSE, Netapp Certified Data Management (NCDA) v7 & v8, and Six Sigma Greenbelt.
