Joe's career also includes significant roles at Net2Phone, Quantiva, and AT&T, where notable achievements include spearheading capacity planning initiatives, presiding over quality improvement forums, and being a key contributor to security advancements within AT&T's networks. Joe holds an Executive Masters in Technology Management from the University of Pennsylvania and multiple degrees in Computer Science from Kansas State University and Rutgers University.
