Rakesh Kaul

Rakesh Kaul is the Director of Customer Services and Solution Support at iconectiv, with previous experience in similar roles at Ericsson, Telcordia Technologies, and Bellcore/Telcordia Tech. Rakesh has a strong background in setting up global support centers, driving customer responsiveness, and managing support and maintenance programs for telecom products. With a degree in Engineering from Bangalore University and RV College of Engineering, Rakesh has received multiple awards for their work in customer program management and software consulting.
