Stephen S. is an Associate Product Manager at iconectiv since July 2022, where insights into product management have been gained, and the renewal process for key products has been designed and managed. Prior experience includes a role as a Rotational Leadership Associate, collaborating across Marketing, Sales, and Product Management while creating impactful reports and driving data-informed strategies. Stephen's internship experiences provided opportunities to develop a customer service training program at Radford University and marketing materials for United Way of the New River Valley. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Data Science at Eastern University, Stephen also holds an MBA from Longwood University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Radford University, along with a Certificate in Business Intelligence Data Analysis from CodeAcademy and an Associate's degree in Fire Science from J Sargeant Reynolds Community College.
