Steven Melici

Steven Melici has extensive work experience in training and development, with a focus on leadership and global responsibilities. Steven has served as a Director of Learning Services at iconectiv, where they developed and executed training strategies and implemented a Learning Management System. Steven also worked as the Director of Global Training at Systech International, leading a team in developing training programs and generating revenue. Prior to that, Melici held the position of Director of Global Training and Documentation at Smiths Detection, where they provided leadership in creating best practices for training and technical documentation. Steven also served as a Training & Development Manager, delivering high-value training products and services to customers. Additionally, Melici has experience in program management at Lockheed Martin, overseeing a team and managing program activities. Steven began their career in the US Air Force as a Senior Master Sergeant and First Sergeant.

Steven Melici earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Workforce Education & Development from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, which they completed from 1997 to 1999. Steven also obtained an Associates degree in Personnel Management from the Community College of the Air Force, which they pursued from 1995 to 1998. Furthermore, Steven Melici attained another Associates degree, this time in Aircraft Powerplant Technology, from the Community College of the Air Force, which they completed between 1984 and 1990.
