Rob E.

Rob E. has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the manufacturing and packaging industry. Rob is currently the Vice President of Label Operations at Iconex, where they oversee label operations. Before joining Iconex, Rob E. served as the Director of Operations at MCC Label, where they focused on generating competitive advantages through commercial offerings, R&D, and supply chain management. Prior to that, they worked as the Senior Vice President of Operations at Innovairre, where they updated operational and commercial strategies based on market analytics. Rob E. also has experience as a Plant Manager at Mondi Group, where they led the turnaround and reorganization of a manufacturing facility, and at Chesapeake Pharmaceutical Packaging, where they led the turnaround of a plant and implemented Lean Manufacturing practices. Rob has also held various roles at American Fuji Seal, including Product Engineering Process Manager and Rotogravure Print Manager. Additionally, Rob E. has experience in environmental, health, and safety management and project management at Engineered Environmental, Inc. Rob E. completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Physical Education from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, from 1997 to 1999. Rob later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the University of Louisville, from 2012 to 2014. In addition to their degrees, Rob E. obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from AptoLean, LLC in September 2014.
