Tim Bishop

Tim Bishop is the Founder and CEO of Iconic Equities, a real estate investment and development firm based in Miami, specializing in the acquisition and development of industrial assets in the fastest growing logistics markets in the United States, a position held since April 2021. Prior to this role, Tim served as the Director of Acquisitions at Thor Equities from January 2018 to April 2021, contributing to a global real estate firm with approximately $10 billion in assets under management. Tim's earlier experiences include serving as Director of Acquisitions at Forte Capital Management and as a Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch. Tim holds a Bachelor's degree from Loyola University Maryland.
