Ben Smith

Ben Smith is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and consultancy. Currently serving as a Principal Consultant at ICP since November 2021, Ben previously held the role of Senior Consultant after the acquisition of Team6ix. Prior to ICP, Ben held various leadership positions, including Head of Product at Solvedby.AI and the WorkTech Group, overseeing product development across multiple brands. Ben's experience as Product Manager at fastPAYE involved leading the launch of an on-demand pay FinTech product. Earlier roles included Business Analyst/Product Owner at The Shopworks and Business Architect at Tag, where Ben excelled in aligning business strategies with operational models. Ben's career began at Haringey Council and includes freelance project management. Ben holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems & Multimedia from Kingston University.
