Bridget Jeffs has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Bridget currently works at ICP as the Ecosystem Operations Lead. Prior to this role, they were the Global Operations Manager for Mars DAM at ICP and also served as a Sr. Brand Asset Manager and Brand Asset Manager Team Lead. Bridget started at ICP as a Migration Specialist. Before joining ICP, Bridget worked as a Public Services Archivist at Columbia Theological Seminary. Bridget also worked as a Project Archivist at The Coca-Cola Company. Bridget has experience in database administration, having worked as a Part-Time Database Administrator at Tanzanian Children's Fund. Bridget has also worked in the field of archives and library services, holding positions such as Assistant to the Director at Historic Newton, Reference Librarian at Bibliotemp, and Senior Library Assistant at Newton Free Library. In addition, Bridget has gained experience through internships at various institutions, including Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum and Howard Gottlieb Archives Research Center.
Bridget Jeffs completed their Master of Science degree in Library and Information Science with a focus on Archives Management from Simmons University between 2010 and 2013. Before that, they pursued literature studies at Clemson University from 2008 to 2010. Bridget'sundergraduate education was at Elon University, where they obtained a B.A. in English Literature from 2004 to 2008. Additionally, Bridget holds a Digital Archives Specialist certification from the Society of American Archivists, obtained in May 2021. In 2023, they obtained certifications in Virtual Performance Reviews and Feedback, Introduction to ESG: Environmental, Social, and Governance, and Salsify Foundations Proficiency from LinkedIn and Salsify respectively.
