Violeta Leon

With over 20 years in the industry, Violeta had worked from broadcast to media production, learning the craft from the basics and grown to always try to find the most efficient way to accomplish a task.

Violeta has run through the spectrum, producing advertising and TV shows, generating and developing communications strategies and content, coordinating and supervising teams, assets, and communication pieces for the Latin American market; in which she’s spent a good half of her career.

She believes in knowledge and understanding “how things are done” to successfully manage the work and the team. Process-driven, with a human approach and clients’ needs at the centre, Violeta is also a “problem solver” always looking for the best way to come up with the best result.

As hard-working as she is, she is also an avid Yoga practitioner, dog lover and is looking forward to resume “rock concert going” on a regular basis.
