Edward Ruff

Edward Ruff is currently the Managing Director and Head of Equity Capital Markets at ICR. With extensive experience in investment banking, Edward held various positions at notable firms including Citi and KPMG, where they advanced to Director and Senior Associate roles respectively. Edward also worked as an Investment Banking Associate at Perella Weinberg Partners and previously served as Managing Director at Cabrera Capital Markets. Edward earned a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Vanderbilt University and holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Accounting Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
