Raphael has over two decades of experience in capital markets and strategic communications with an emphasis on consumer-branded companies. He develops communications programs that help shape perceptions, corporate reputation, and management credibility while conveying recent performance, near-term goals, and long-term strategic vision.

Raphael has provided clients with fully outsourced investor relations solutions as well as ongoing consulting services to complement internal resources. A trusted resource in helping companies navigate the public markets, articulate the true value of their business, and manage stakeholders, Raphael has built strong relationships with sell-side, buy-side, investment banking, and private equity professionals.

Raphael has worked on a variety of investor relations consulting engagements for companies with market capitalizations ranging from $50 million to over $20 billion. His experience includes IPOs and secondary offerings, M&A and spin-offs, SPACs, go-private transactions, investor day projects, shareholder activism, and executive transition engagements.

Prior to joining ICR in 2003, Raphael worked on the sell-side covering the restaurant industry at Gerard Klauer Mattison (now BMO Capital Markets). His previous experience includes various corporate finance and planning roles at IBM and management consulting at Deloitte. Raphael holds a Master in International Affairs from Columbia University and Bachelor of Science in Finance (summa cum laude) from Yeshiva University.
