Warren Knapp

Warren Knapp is a seasoned finance professional with a diverse background in investment and board governance. Currently, Warren serves as a Partner at INVESTCORP since August 2011, where Warren has held multiple titles including Principal, Vice President, and Associate. In addition to this role, Warren actively contributes as a Board Member for Resultant, Revature, and ICR, demonstrating a strong commitment to organizational leadership. Previous board membership includes a tenure at PRO Unlimited from October 2014 to September 2021. Warren began his career as an Analyst at Edgeview Partners, later advancing to Associate positions at Morgenthaler and LLM Capital Partners LLC. Warren holds an MBA in General Management from Harvard Business School and a degree in Commerce with a focus on Finance and Management from the University of Virginia.
