Neha Agarwal is currently the Director and Head of Business Development (Research) at ICRA, where they lead strategic research sales and market outreach across India, focusing on the BFSI sector and global corporates. They have a strong background in client origination, relationship management, and enhancing product offerings while leveraging data analytics for informed decision-making. Previously, Neha held various roles at ICRA and worked as a Manager at Yes Bank and an Assistant Manager at GE Commercial Finance. Neha earned a B.E. in Electronics and Telecom from the University of Mumbai and an MBA in Finance with Information Systems from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies.
