Agnès Coutou

Agnès Coutou is an experienced humanitarian professional currently serving as the Envoy on Missing Persons in the Caucasus. With a diverse background, they have held various roles including Humanitarian Affairs Officer at the Joint Military Commission and Protection Delegate with the International Committee of the Red Cross. Agnès has also worked as a Program Manager at UNDP and has been involved in humanitarian missions with organizations such as Médecins Sans Frontières and SOLIDARITÉS INTERNATIONAL. They hold two master's degrees—one in Humanitarian Law and another in Political Science and Government—alongside a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Physics.
