Ajmal Rahimzai

Ajmal Rahimzai is an experienced Human Resources professional with a solid background in administration and finance. From July 2012 to October 2015, Ajmal worked as an Admin HR & Finance Officer at Development and Humanitarian Services for Afghanistan. Subsequently, from January 2016 to May 2021, Ajmal served as an Administration & Human Resource Officer at Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF). Currently, Ajmal holds the position of Human Resources Responsible at the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) since May 2021, managing recruitment, talent acquisition, employee performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, as well as payroll and taxation. Ajmal's educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration with a specialization in Information Technology and Business Administration from the Indian School of Business Management (2012-2015), a diploma in Information Technology from the Institute of Information Technology (2010-2011), and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Benawa University (2018-2021).
