Biljana V. has a diverse background in customer insights, data analytics, and marketing management. Biljana served as Customer Insight Manager at Telenor Srbija from December 2014 to December 2018, overseeing operations for Telenor Serbia, Telenor Montenegro, and Telenor Bank. Following this role, Biljana worked at the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) from November 2018 to January 2020, holding multiple positions including Data & Analytics Manager and Interim Head of the Data & Analytics Centre of Excellence. Previous experience includes leadership roles at Volksbank Serbia as Head of Marketing and at Credit Agricole Serbia as Strategic Marketing & Brand Manager and CRM & Customer Insight Manager. Biljana holds both a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management and is pursuing a Master’s Degree in Marketing/Marketing Management at the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Organizational Sciences.
