Colin Bruce

Colin Bruce is a senior leader in international development, currently serving as Special Envoy for Humanitarian and Development Affairs at the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC). Colin co-chairs the Independent Board at the Centre for Disaster Protection and holds the position of Chair on the International Advisory Board at EssentialTech, École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne. With a background that includes roles as an economist and senior adviser at the World Bank, Colin has significant expertise in crisis risk mitigation and management. Colin's academic credentials include degrees from the University of London, McGill University, Harvard University, and they are pursuing an Executive MBA at the University of Oxford.
