Jamila Hammami

Jamila Hammami is an experienced operations leader and humanitarian with 25 years in operational management and humanitarian response in conflict and post-conflict settings. They have held the position of Head of Operations at the International Committee of the Red Cross and have managed multidisciplinary programs and teams in diverse environments. Jamila earned a Master of Advanced Studies in Transitional Justice, Human Rights and the Rule of Law from the Geneva Academy of International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights, among other qualifications in data protection and international law. Additionally, they have a deep understanding of the Middle East and North Africa regions and are fluent in Arabic, English, and French.
