Joël Fortuné

Joël Fortuné is a creative humanitarian aid professional currently serving as the Head of Sub-Delegation at the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC). With over 11 years of progressive experience, Joël has effectively managed complex humanitarian operations across the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Africa, and the Caribbean. Joël's previous roles include founding a startup, managing development programs for the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, and serving as a project manager at World Vision, among others. Joël is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in International Public Policy at Queen Mary University of London and additional certifications in peacebuilding and humanitarian operations from American University.
