Jonas Ottiger is the Head of People Analytics and Workforce Planning at the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), where they enable data-driven decision-making in HR and implement workforce planning strategies. A Swiss national, Jonas has an extensive background in HR, combining a passion for analytics with experience leading initiatives at Nestlé, including establishing a regional People Analytics team and driving global HR transformations. They hold a Master’s Degree in Work and Organizational Psychology and a Postgraduate Certificate in Water and Environmental Management. Throughout their career, Jonas has demonstrated a commitment to collaborative innovation and continuous improvement across various sectors.
