Julia Haremska

Julia Haremska is the Deputy Protection Coordinator at the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), where they are currently engaged in humanitarian efforts. They hold a Master of Arts in Advanced International Studies from Diplomatische Akademie Wien, and a Master of Arts in Arabic Language and Literature from Universidad de Sevilla. Julia's extensive background includes research and translation roles at Fundación Ibn Tufayl de Estudios Árabes and copy editing at Egypt Independent, as well as work with Médecins Sans Frontières as a Cultural Mediator Supervisor. Their experience also includes internships with the European External Action Service and the Permanent Mission of Malta to international organizations in Vienna.
