Kaye Q.

Kaye Q. is a skilled humanitarian and development professional specializing in resource mobilization and partnerships. With experience as a Grants Coordinator for the Norwegian Refugee Council and a Proposal Development Consultant for the International Rescue Committee, Kaye has worked extensively in conflict-affected regions. Currently, Kaye serves as the Resource Mobilization Partnership Manager for the International Committee of the Red Cross. Kaye holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of the Philippines and a Master's in Human Security Studies from The University of Tokyo.
