Makram Soua

Makram Soua is an ethics-grounded, learning-driven, and outcome-focused humanitarian with over 20 years of experience in managing humanitarian operations and leading dynamic teams. Having earned a Master's degree in Humanitarian Leadership and Management from the University of Lucerne, Makram currently serves as the Head of the ICRC Regional Resource Network for the Middle East. Their previous roles at the International Committee of the Red Cross include positions such as Head of Sub-Delegation and Deputy Head of Delegation.
