Massimo Marelli is currently the Head of the Data Protection Office at the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), a position they have held since 2015. They previously served as the Head of Delegation for Cyberspace and have extensive experience as a lawyer, including roles at Clifford Chance LLP and the Office of Fair Trading. Massimo has also been involved with the European Centre on Privacy and Cybersecurity as an Advisory Board Member and Fellow since 2018. They earned an LL.M. in European Law from the University of Cambridge and an LL.B. from Queen Mary, University of London.
