Mathieu Baillargeon

Mathieu Baillargeon is currently the Head of Office at the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), a role held since 2023, following extensive fieldwork with major humanitarian organizations over more than a decade. Mathieu has served in various capacities at ICRC, including Field Team Leader and Deployment Leader for ERP systems, and has also worked with Médecins Sans Frontières as Field HR and Finance Manager. Prior to these roles, Mathieu held several project management and IT consultancy positions, gaining experience in diverse environments across multiple countries, including Colombia, Syria, and South Sudan. Mathieu earned a Master's degree in Project Management from École des sciences de la gestion (ESG UQAM) in 2015, complementing a prior BAA from the same institution.
