Ottavio Sardu

Ottavio Sardu is currently the Economic Security Coordinator at the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), where they coordinate the drafting of agricultural and livestock strategies in Myanmar. With over 17 years of experience in large-scale humanitarian operations, they have held various significant roles, including Economic Security Delegate in multiple countries and Deputy Coordinator positions in South Sudan and Niger. Ottavio possesses experts in strategic planning, risk analysis, and capacity building, with a focus on humanitarian-development-peace synergies. They earned a Master of Science in Agricultural Economics from the University of Reading in 1993.
