Pablo Percelsi

Pablo Percelsi is a seasoned strategy execution expert with over 20 years of experience in government and diplomatic relations, primarily with the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC). They held pivotal roles in various conflict regions, including Head of Delegation positions in Afghanistan, Darfur, Iraq, and Lebanon, where they managed security, operations, and high-level negotiations with state and security forces. Additionally, Percelsi has served in senior advisory roles at ICRC Headquarters, focusing on operational planning and business intelligence. They hold an Executive MBA from IMD Business School, where they were elected class Valedictorian, and an MA in Political Sciences from Lausanne University.
