Patrick Glennon has over three decades of diverse experience in leadership and consulting roles across multiple sectors. From 2001 to 2019, Patrick served as Senior Vice President at Adecco Group, spearheading global athlete programs and managing the IOC Athlete Career Programme and the IPC Athlete Career Programme. Prior experience includes a tenure at IBM from 1982 to 2001, where Patrick transitioned from accounting to directing business development initiatives. Between 2001 and 2005, Patrick was a Director at Core-MS Consulting, focusing on executive coaching and business development. Currently, as a Diversity Inclusion Advisor at the International Committee of the Red Cross since January 2021, Patrick leads the ICRC Career Development Programme to aid individuals with disabilities in achieving sustainable employment. Educational credentials include an MBA in International Finance from Pace University and a BA in Accounting from Bentley University.
