Paul Keen

Paul Keen is a seasoned Cooperation Coordinator at the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), where they focus on partnerships and capacity building with various National Societies. They have held multiple key positions within the organization, including Cooperation Coordinator in Colombia and India, and have provided support in responding to conflicts in diverse regions such as the Southern Caucasus and Sierra Leone. With substantial experience in health programming and evaluations across multiple countries, they previously worked as a consultant for the British Red Cross and served as a Regional Programme Coordinator for the IFRC. Currently, Keen is pursuing degrees in midwifery, general nursing, and tropical nursing.
