Ryan Rafaat

Ryan Rafaat is currently a Delegate at the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), where they engage in activities such as visiting prisoners of war, restoring family ties, and promoting international humanitarian law. Previously, Ryan served as the Head of the Dissemination and Information Department at the Iraqi Red Crescent Society, where they disseminated information and coordinated training programs. They also held various roles at Migrationsverket, including Supervisor and Assistant, focusing on the reception and registration of applicants. Ryan earned a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from the University of Baghdad, completing their studies in 2001.
