Samar Jbeily possesses extensive experience in the humanitarian sector, having worked with the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) since 2011. Early roles included Executive Assistant to the Head of Delegation, Database Manager in the Protection/Forensic department, Medical Logistics, and Water and Habitat Administration Assistant. Since February 2017, Samar has been serving as a Quality Assurance Pharmacist. Samar's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from Beirut Arab University (2001-2006) and a Diplome in Clinical Pharmacy from Saint Joseph University of Beirut (2008-2009).
