Sandra Wetherall-Abbott

Sandra Wetherall-Abbott is the Head of Learning & Development in the International Committee of the Red Cross’s Movement, Mobilisation and Partnerships Department. Previously, they served as a Senior Learning Manager & Executive Coach at IMD business school, where they led a team to innovate online learning programs and improve participant engagement. They have also held roles as a Learning & Development Specialist and Coach, and Manager in Corporate Training at PricewaterhouseCoopers, contributing to a variety of training programs across multiple regions. Sandra holds an MSc in Organisational Psychology and is a Certified Associate Coach, bringing a strong background in leadership development and organizational behavior to their current role.
