Sarah Ellingham

Sarah Ellingham is a highly experienced forensic specialist with extensive expertise in crisis response and forensic anthropology. Currently serving with the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) since March 2016, Sarah has held multiple roles including Forensic Specialist for Gaza, Forensic Coordinator for Syria and Ukraine, and National Forensic Advisor for Iraq. Additional experience includes serving on the Steering Committee for the British Association for Forensic Anthropology and working as a Disaster Response Consultant for Kenyon International Emergency Services. Academic roles include Associate Lecturer at Teesside University and a visiting scientist at the NYC Office of Chief Medical Examiner. Sarah holds multiple advanced degrees, including a PhD in Forensic Anthropology from Teesside University and a Master's in Psychology from the University of Derby.
