Snowy Lintern

Snowy Lintern is an Armed and Security Forces Coordinator at the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) Delegations to the African Union and Ethiopia, specializing in defense, security, and humanitarian sectors. They have a rich background in international affairs, having served as a Senior Armed Forces Delegate to NATO and the EU, as well as in various regional roles across Asia and the Pacific. Snowy has held significant positions with the European External Action Service, including Principal Staff Officer to the Director General of the EU Military Staff and Senior Security and Defence Planner. They hold two Master's degrees and a Bachelor's degree from reputable institutions, including King's College London and the University of Plymouth. Snowy previously served as an Officer in the Royal Navy from 1987 to 2012.
