Stéphane Kolanowski is currently the Regional Data Protection Officer for EURASIA and Legal Coordinator for Data Protection at the International Committee of the Red Cross. They also serve as a Visiting Professor at the College of Europe. Stéphane holds a Licence en droit from Université catholique de Louvain and a Master of Laws in Public International Law from the University of Hull Law School.
