Yves Arnoldy

Yves Arnoldy is the Head of Delegation at the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) and has an extensive background in international relations. With a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies, Yves has dedicated their career to humanitarian work, having held significant roles in regions such as Latin America, the Horn of Africa, and Central Asia. Yves has built and managed multidisciplinary teams, developed strategic partnerships, and led various operations focused on protection and assistance amidst complex humanitarian crises. Currently, Yves focuses on talent management and operational competencies within the ICRC, ensuring a balance between organizational needs and individual strengths.
