Jon Madden has extensive work experience in technical support and engineering roles. Jon started their career at FatPipe Networks in 2007 as a Jr. Tech Support Engineer until 2010. From 2010 to 2013, they worked at Tracking Solutions Corporation as a Technical Support specialist. Since 2013, Jon has been employed at IC Realtime, first as a Technical Support representative, and currently as a Customer Success Engineer.
Jon Madden completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology at the University of Utah from 1994 to 1999.
