Thyagrajan K is a seasoned consultant currently serving at Stanford Seed, providing strategic support to entrepreneurs in Africa, Indonesia, and South Asia. A founding team member of iCreate since 2011, Thyagrajan has played a pivotal role in shaping the institution and mentoring young entrepreneurs. Additionally, Thyagrajan serves as Mentor-in-Residence at the Indian Institute of Technology Gandhinagar's Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center. Previous roles include General Manager of HRD at Mott MacDonald, where Thyagrajan led HR functions, and various visiting professor positions at institutions such as Nirma University and CEPT University, focusing on management consulting and innovation. A holder of an Engineer’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and several diplomas in management and technology, Thyagrajan brings extensive experience in business consultancy and entrepreneurship development.
