Jim Ginger is the President of Construction at iCRYO - Recovery & Wellness, a position held since 2021, where they focus on building the industry's futures. With 26 years of commercial building experience, Jim began their career in 1993 developing hotels for Paramount Hotels, including well-known brands like Holiday Inn and Hilton. Before joining iCRYO, Jim served as the CEO of Concept Restaurant Group, designing and constructing various restaurants such as Foxfire Steak House and Rain Restaurant. Jim's educational background includes studying Culinary Arts at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts and Computer Science at Northeastern Illinois University.
