Andrew deBlois has over 30 years of work experience in software engineering. From 1988 to 1990, they were a Staff Programmer for IBM Corporation. From 1990 to 1992, they were a Software Consultant for CLAM Associates. From 1992 to 1994, they were a Senior Software Engineer for OPEN SOFTWARE FOUNDATION. From 1994 to 1997, they were a Software Consultant for DIGITAL EQUIPMENT CORPORATION and Compaq Corporation. From 1997 to 1998, they were a Software Architect/Project Lead for Traxit Technology Inc. From 1998 to 2002, they were an Independent Software Consultant for Red Hot Software. From 2004 to 2010, they were an Advisory Software Engineer for IBM, where they developed UI for IBM Rational ClearCase Remote Client project based on Eclipse and Java, and UNIX GUI for X Windows/Motif version of IBM Rational ClearCase. From 2010 to present, they have been a Software Consultant for ICS.

Andrew deBlois obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Michigan between 1980 and 1984. Andrew then went on to receive a Master of Science in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
