Damien Williams

Damien Williams has over 20 years of experience in project management. Damien started their career in 1998 as a Project Manager at Kuepers Inc. and worked there until 2002. Damien then moved on to Heidmann Company as a Project Manager from 2002 to 2004. From 2004 to 2014, Damien worked at Nor-Son as a Project Manager. Following this, they joined Rice Lake Construction Group as a Project Manager from 2014 to 2016. Damien then worked at Foster, Jacobs & Johnson, Inc. as a Senior Project Manager from 2016 to 2018. Currently, they are working at ICS as a Senior Project Manager since 2018 and has also taken on the role of Project Director in October 2019.

Damien Williams obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management from Bemidji State University, which they completed between the years 1996 and 1998. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Arts (AA) degree from Central Lakes College from 1993 to 1995. Damien also received their High School Diploma from Pillager High School in 1995.
