Mark Needham is a construction manager with a broad range of experience in project management within the construction industry. They began their career as a Combat Engineer in the US Army from 2008 to 2014, before moving on to Mortenson, where they held various roles including Assistant Project Manager. Mark has served as a Project Manager at ICS Consulting from 2019 to 2023 and is currently a Senior Project Manager at ICS, starting in 2025. They completed a Bachelor of Applied Science in Construction Management from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities in 2010.
